摘要
近些年来,很多科学家们受到自然界中荷叶,玫瑰花瓣等超疏水行为的影响和启发,开始模仿并制造出一系列超疏水表面。而氟类合成材料由于其显著的低表面能特性被主要用在超疏水涂层表面的制造生产。众所周知,氟类物质对人类健康以及环境问题都有着不小的危害,在全球化的今天,各国对于具有潜在危害的化学品更是提出来严格的律令。这促使研究人员采取更安全的路线,利用更加天然绿色的环保原料进行超疏水材料的合成研究。在这样的大背景下,本文将对无氟超疏水表面的近期研究成果及其应用前景进行综述。希望为未来绿色环保,无氟超疏水材料的创新发展及应用提供帮助。
In recent years,many scientists are lotus leaf in the nature,the influence of the super hydrophobic behavior such as the rose petals and inspired,began to imitate and produce a series of super hydrophobic surface and fluorine type of synthetic material due to its remarkable characteristics of low surface energy is mainly used in super hydrophobic coating on the surface of the manufacturing production is well known,fluorine chemicals to human health and the environment has a lot of harm,in today's globalization,countries for potentially harmful chemicals is to bring up the strict laws that prompted the researchers to take a safer route,use more natural green environmental protection raw materials,as far as possible avoid the use of fluorine compoundsIn this context,this paper will summarize the recent research achievements and application prospects of non-fluorinated superhydrophobic surface in the hope of providing help for the future green environmental protection and the innovative development and application of non-fluorinated superhydrophobic materials.
