整合素在腰椎间盘突出症发病机制中的研究进展

Research Progress of Integrin in Pathogenesis of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation

整合素是细胞表面的黏附分子,介导细胞与细胞、细胞与细胞外基质之间的相互作用。整合素与腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)的发生、发展密切相关,可参与椎间盘细胞凋亡、胶原连接等过程。LDH是临床多发病、常见病,是引发腰腿疼痛的常见原因,严重影响患者生活质量。目前,LDH发病机制尚不明确,研究整合素在腰椎间盘发病过程中的作用,有助于更好地了解LDH的发病机制,对开拓LDH治疗新方案有重要意义。

Integrin is an adhesion molecule on the cell surface,which mediates the interaction between cell and cell,cell and extracellular matrix.Integrin is closely related to the occurrence and development of lumbar disc herniation(LDH),and can participate in the apoptosis and collagen connection of intervertebral disc.LDH is a frequently-occurring and common disease in clinic,and it is a common cause of waist and leg pain,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.At present,the pathogenesis of LDH is not clear,and the study of the role of integrin in the pathogenesis of lumbar intervertebral disc is helpful to better understand the pathogenesis of LDH and is of great significance to develop new treatments for LDH.
