青光眼滤过术对眼部结构影响的研究进展

Research Progress on Effect of Glaucoma Filtering Surgery on Ocular Structure

青光眼是一类因病理性眼内压升高,导致特征性视神经萎缩和视野缺损的致盲性疾病。因此青光眼的治疗应该以个体化眼压为目标,阻止病情进展,保存患者现有视力。随着医疗技术的不断发展,青光眼的治疗方式也逐渐多元化,青光眼滤过术作为目前临床控制眼压的主要手段之一,挽救了很多患者的残存视力,但术后较多患者出现屈光变化、干眼等不良症状。为了探究青光眼滤过术后眼部可能出现的变化,研究者们进行了相关研究,以便指导术后治疗,在确保挽救视力的同时,尽量提高生活质量。

Glaucoma is a kind of blindness disease caused by pathological elevated intraocular pressure,which leads to characteristic optic nerve atrophy and visual field defect.Therefore,the treatment of glaucoma should aim at individualized intraocular pressure,prevent the progression of the disease and preserve the patient′s existing vision.With the continuous development of medical technology,the treatment of glaucoma is gradually diversified.Glaucoma filtering surgery is one of the main methods to control intraocular pressure in clinic,and has saved the residual visual acuity of many patients.However,many patients have adverse symptoms such as refractive changes and dry eyes after operation.In order to explore the possible changes in the eyes after glaucoma filtering surgery,researchers have carried out relevant studies in order to guide postoperative treatment and to improve the quality of life as much as possible while ensuring vision salvage.
