摘要
本文对321奥氏体不锈钢管件焊接后真空去应力工艺进行了试验和研究。结果表明,使用真空炉去应力,加热开始后开启扩散泵抽真空,热处理后零件原始表面状态良好,无氧化发生,而机加工表面有轻微氧化。先抽高真空后再加热,零件有轻微的表面元素贫化。
In this paper,the stress relieving process in vacuum of 321 austenitic stainless steel pipe after welding was tested and studied.The results show that the vacuum furnace is used for stress relief,and the diffusion pump is started to vacuum after heating,the original surface of the part after heat treatment is in good condition without oxidation.After high vacuum is pumped and then heated,the machining surface has slightly depletion.
