延续管理模式对恶性黑色素瘤患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响

Effect of continuous management mode on compliance and quality of life in patients with malignant melanoma

目的探讨延续管理模式对恶性黑色素瘤患者遵医行为及生活质量的影响。方法采用信封法将104例恶性黑色素瘤患者分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。观察组给予延续管理模式,对照组给予常规护理。比较两组患者的遵医行为和生活质量评分。结果观察组患者的总遵医率高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。干预后12个月,观察组患者36条目健康调查简表(SF-36)中生理功能、活力、情感职能和精神健康维度的评分均明显高于对照组患者(P﹤0.01);干预后12个月,两组患者SF-36中生理职能、躯体疼痛、一般健康状况、社会功能维度的评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论延续管理模式有助于改善恶性黑色素瘤患者的遵医行为,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous management mode on compliance and quality of life in patients with malignant melanoma.Method 104 patients with malignant melanoma were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52)by envelope method,treated with continuous management mode and routine care respectively to compare the compliance and quality of life.Result The compliance rate of the observation group was higherthan that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,energy,emotional function and mental health in the the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after 12 months of treatment(P<0.01).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the scores of physical function,physical pain,general health condition and social function(P>0.05).Conclusion The continuous management mode is helpful to improve the compliance and quality of life in patients with malignant melanoma.
