摘要
本文将外语教育置于新时代"中国之治"的新语境,将高校师生思辨素养共同发展作为加强外语教育治理体系和治理能力建设的原动力,并从哲学、语言学和教育学三个层面对思辨素养研究相关理论和实践进行了系统梳理。在结合笔者多年教学实践的基础上,文章指出我国外语教育有必要推进思辨素养发展实践,并尝试构建了由"思辨实践模型"、"教学指导原则"和"TMACK-in-AR"构成的师生思辨素养共同发展的现实路径。
This paper situates foreign language education(FLE)in the context of the Governance of China for the New Era,sees the common development of university teachers and students’critical literacy as the generative force for strengthening the governance system and capacity of FLE,and systematically reviews the theoretical landscape of critical literacy from three perspectives in philosophy,linguistics and literacy education.Drawing on the author’s previous explorations in literacy education,the paper argues that it is imperative to cultivate critical literacy in domestic FLE practices.Therefore,it suggests a practical pathway to the common development of teachers and students’critical literacy in China’s tertiary FLE by integrating the guiding principles for FLE practices into a Critical Literacy Development Circle and a TMACK-in-AR Model.
