不同能量和蛋白水平对0~6周龄沂蒙鸡母鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Dietary Metabolizable Energy and Crude Protein on Growth Performance of 0~6-Week Yimeng Female Chicken

摘要 本试验采用2因素3因子设计,设3个日粮代谢能(12.12、11.70、11.29 MJ/kg)和3个粗蛋白水平(19%、18%、17%)共9种日粮,研究日粮能量和蛋白水平对0~6周龄沂蒙鸡母鸡生产性能的影响。结果表明:6周龄体重、日增重、料重比和每克增重耗能均以高能高蛋白组(M1组)最优;日粮能量水平对所有测定指标均无显著影响(P> 0.05);日粮蛋白水平只对每克增重耗蛋白有显著影响(P <0.05),且随蛋白水平的降低生产性能有所减低;日粮能量和蛋白水平对6周龄体重、日增重、料重比、每克增重耗能和每克增重耗蛋白均有显著交互作用(P <0.05)。综合考虑,0~6周龄沂蒙鸡母鸡适宜日粮能量、蛋白水平为高能(12.12 MJ/kg)高蛋白(19%)。 This experiment was designed with two factors and three levels to study the effects of dietary energy and protein levels on the production performance of Yimeng female chicken at 0~6 weeks of age.The three energy levels were 12.12,11.70 and 11.29 MJ/kg and the three protein levels were 19%,18%and 17%.The results showed that the body weight,daily gain,the ratio of feed to weight and energy requirement of per gram of weight gain were the best in M1 group.The dietary energy level had no significant effect on all measured indexes(P>0.05).Dietary protein level only had significant effect on protein requirement per gram of weight gain(P<0.05),and the production performance decreased with the decrease of protein level.The dietary energy and protein levels had significant interaction effects on body weight,daily gain,ratio of feed to weight,energy and protein requirement of per gram of weight gain(P<0.05).In conclusion,the suitable dietary energy and protein level for Yimeng female chickens at 0~6 weeks of age was high energy(12.12 MJ/kg)and high protein(19%).
