某汽车部件制造企业职业病危害调查评价 被引量:1

Investigation and Evaluation of Occupational Disease Hazards in An Automobile Parts Manufacturing Enterprise

摘要 目的对合肥市经济开发区某汽车部件制造企业进行职业病危害控制效果评价,分析职业病危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,并提出职业病控制措施和建议。方法2018-11在企业试运行阶段,采用职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查对控制效果进行监测,运用Noise软件和Excel 2019(WPS)软件对数据进行处理。结果对合肥市经济开发区某汽车部件制造企业噪声、粉尘、二甲苯、甲苯、乙酸丁酯、乙酸乙酯等6种职业病危害因素进行检测,其中噪声岗位合格率为80.0%,其余职业病危害因素岗位合格率为100%,排除性检测结果显示苯浓度低于检出限;接触职业病危害的劳动者未发现职业病或疑似职业病。结论该企业职业病危害控制效果基本符合国家职业卫生的要求;涂装设备噪声的综合治理是涂装安全卫生技术中亟待解决的一个问题,在无法通过工程技术手段进行噪声防护时,加强个体防护和现场管理。 Objective To evaluate the effect of occupational disease hazards control on an automobile parts manufacturing enterprise in Hefei Economic Development Zone, analyze the occupational disease hazards degree and its effect on workers’ health, and evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational disease hazards, in order to put forward the measures and suggestions for occupational disease control. Methods The enterprise was in the trial operation stage in November,2018,the control effect was evaluated by means of occupational health survey,occupational health examination, occupational health examination and inspection table, and the data was processed by noise software and Excel 2019(WPS) software. Results This study had detected six occupational hazard factors,such as noise,dust,xylene,toluene,butyl acetate and ethyl acetate,among which the pass rate of noise post was 80.0%, the pass rate of the remaining occupational hazard factors was 100%,and the exclusion test results showed that the concentration of benzene was lower than the detection limit. Conclusion The control effect of occupational disease hazards of this enterprisebasically conforms to the requirements of national occupational health, and the comprehensivemanagement of the noise of coating equipment is an urgent problem to be solved in the painting safety and health technology. Individual protection and site management should be strengthened when noise protection cannot be carried out through engineering technical means.
