摘要
为了实现动车组制动系统的预防性维修,降低检修成本,降低运营故障率,保证动车组的运营品质和运营效率,将故障预测与健康管理(PHM)的理念与方法应用于动车组制动系统,开展动车组制动系统PHM方案研究。结合既有复兴号动车组制动系统特点,构建制度系统PHM总体技术框架,提出了PHM主要功能与技术方案路线。
In order to achieve preventive maintenance of EMU braking system,reduce maintenance cost,reduce operation failure rate,and ensure operation quality and efficiency of EMU,the concept and method of prognostics and health management(PHM)are applied to EMU braking system,and the PHM scheme of EMU braking system is studied.Based on the characteristics of the braking system of the existing Fuxing EMU,this paper constructs the overall technical framework of the PHM system,and puts forward the main functions and technical schemes of PHM.
