摘要
车辆远程监控系统采用TCMS网络传输技术、实时操作系统采集技术、4G无线传输技术、TRDP以太网实时传输技术进行车辆MVB数据采集、传输和存储。并通过定制适用于重载机车的数据记录仪和无线传输装置等设备满足系统需求。地面专家系统通过数据接收、参数解析入库、数据页面展示等功能程序处理车辆原始数据实现重载机车监控目的。文中提出一种重载机车车辆远程监控方案,丰富了机车车辆车地通讯方式,增加单独车辆远程监控状态手段及维护界面,提高了机车车辆安全性,可靠性,可用性和可维修性。
The vehicle remote monitoring system uses TCMS network transmission technology,real-time operating system acquisition technology,4G wireless transmission technology,TRDP Ethernet real-time transmission technology for vehicle MVB data acquisition,transmission and storage.And by customizing the vehicle ERM and WTD suitable for heavy-duty locomotives to meet the needs of the system.The ground expert system processes the vehicle's raw data by data reception,date analysis into the warehouse,data page display and other function programs to achieve the purpose of heavy-duty locomotive monitoring.This paper proposes a remote monitoring scheme for heavy-haul locomotive vehicles,enriching the vehicle-to-ground communication mode for locomotives,and increasing the remote monitoring status and maintenance pages for vehicles individual which improves the security,reliability,availability and maintainability of the train.
