摘要
在“全人教育”思想引导下,中职名班主任工作室可进一步优化其服务功能,从而提升中职班主任专业化的效果。中职名班主任工作室功能提升的策略为:明确主导思想;实际行动体现思想;多方支持保障经费;重视工作室负责人。
With the leading of the“Holistic Education”ideology,the studio for distinguished secondary vocational headteachers may further optimize its service functions in order to elevate the effect of secondary vocational headteachers’professionalization.The stratagems of the function elevation of secondary vocational headteachers’studio include clarifying the dominant ideology,embodying the ideology by practical practice,ensuring multiplied source of funds and emphasizing the importance of the studio’s principal.
