累积运动融入学校体育教学的探析

摘要 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法探析累积运动的健康效应和融入学校体育教学的优势及异化因素.发现累积运动有减重塑形、增强心肺耐力和肌肉力量、降低慢病风险、促进心理健康等效应,具有单次运动时间短、运动强度可调控、损伤率低、便利性和操作性高、利于久坐间断等特点.将其融入学校体育教学中,可化解《体育与健康》学时难保证的尴尬,缓解场地和师资不足的压力,兼顾了体质弱势群体,促进学生终身锻炼习惯养成.但要注意累积运动的异化因素,减少“放羊式教学”的发生. This paper analyzes the health effect of accumulated exercise and the advantage and dissimilation factors of integrating accumulated exercise into school physical education by literature and logical analysis.Accumulated exercise has these health effects:reduce and reshape body shape,enhance cardiopulmonary endurance and muscle strength,reduce the risk of chronic diseases,and promote mental healthgood.Accumulated exercise also has the characteristics of short single exercise time,free regulation and control of exercise intensity,low injury,convenience and high maneuverability,good for sedentary discontinuous.It blends in the school sports teaching,cans dissolve the“sports and health”class hours hard guarantee of embarrassment,alleviates the pressure of the site and the lack of teachers,gives attention to both the physical vulnerable groups.But we should pay attention to the alienation factors of accumulated sports and reduce the occurrence of“herding sheep teaching”.
