摘要
SBR胶乳与乳化沥青具有较好的相溶性和良好的改性效果,能有效解决SBS改性沥青黏度较大导致的乳化困难和路用性能不佳的问题。为指导SBR改性乳化沥青原材料选择和施工,选取两种不同油源的基质沥青和两种不同品牌的SBR胶乳进行试验配制,通过对比评价不同组合下改性乳化沥青及混合料的性能,分析不同SBR掺量、基质沥青种类、乳化剂种类对改性乳化沥青性能的影响。
SBR latex and emulsified asphalt have good compatibility and good modification effect,which can effectively solve the problems of emulsification difficulties and poor road performance caused by the greater viscosity of SBS modified asphalt.In order to guide the selection and construction of raw materials of SBR modified emulsified asphalt,this paper selects two kinds of base asphalt with different oil sources and two different brands of SBR latex for experimental preparation,and compares and evaluates the performance of modified emulsified asphalt and mixture under different combinations.The effect of different SBR dosage,base asphalt type and emulsifier type on the performance of modified emulsified asphalt is analyzed.
