摘要
利用一种高分子聚合物乳液开展粉土的固化试验评价,讨论了固化材料对固化土的影响规律。结果表明:利用低浓度高分子聚合物乳液、结合低剂量水泥可以复合固化粉土;高分子乳液起到了土体初期黏结稳定作用,并显著提高了土体的水稳定性;水泥对土体的强度贡献更大,决定了土体的后期强度。利用Design-Expert混料设计可以对复合固化粉土的组成进行优化,并体现出良好的预测性和适用性。
In this paper,a polymer emulsion was used to stabilize silty soil,and the solidification effect of curing materials on soil was discussed.The results show that low concentration polymer emulsion and low dose cement can be used to solidify silty soil.Polymer emulsion plays an initial role in soil bond stability,and significantly improves soil water stability. Cement contributes more to thestrength of the soil and determines the later strength of thesoil. The composition of composite solidified silt can beoptimized by using Design-Expert mixture design method,which shows good predictability and applicability.
