摘要
以一座38 m+68 m+38 m的波形钢腹板PC箱梁桥为例,采用Midas Civil进行有限元分析,对每个施工节段和关键截面的位置、应力和高程进行实测控制。通过对比桥梁的理论值与实测值,对波形钢腹板定位、主梁施工阶段应力和线形进行控制,使得桥梁在施工阶段满足规范要求。结果表明:该桥在施工阶段,各节段和关键截面的应力、线形和波形钢腹板的定位均小于规范的限值。
In this paper,a 38 m+68 m+38 m PC box girder bridge with corrugated steel webs is taken as an example,and Midas Civil is used for finite element analysis.At the same time,the position,stress and elevation of each construction section and key section are measured and controlled.Through the comparison between the theoretical value and the measured value of the bridge,the positioning of the corrugated steel web,the stress and the line shape of the main beam in the construction stage are controlled respectively, so that the bridge can meetthe requirements of the code in the construction stage.The results show that the stress, alignment and location ofcorrugated steel webs of each section and key section ofthe bridge are less than the limit value of the code.
