Taking coastal engineering as an example,this paper introduces the application of dynamic compaction in coastal soft soil area with backfill slag and the principle of dynamic compaction on the foundation of this type is introduced.Combined with an engineering example,the dynamic compaction test scheme in this area is introduced in detail.The reinforcement effect is tested by load plate test,which proves the effective reinforcement effect of the dynamic compaction method in this area.
