低等级公路建设期全过程环境管理保障机制研究

Study on the whole process environmental management guarantee mechanism of low-grade highway construction

针对低等级公路建设期全过程环境管理保障机制中存在的问题,从法律保障、技术保障、行政保障和公众参与保障五个方面,提出了加强低等级公路建设项目施工期环境管理的建议。

This paper puts forward suggestions on strengthening the environmental management during the construction period of low-grade highway from five aspects of legal guarantee,technical guarantee,administrative guarantee and public participation guarantee,so as to promote the development and progress of environmental management in the whole process of low-grade highway construction.
