探讨微创胸腔引流器械在ICU患者治疗中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析微创胸腔引流器械在重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者治疗中的应用效果,并对其应用价值做出评价。方法118例伴胸腔积液(PE)的ICU患者,根据引流方式不同分为微创组与对照组,各59例。微创组采用早期微创胸腔引流,对照组采用传统胸腔穿刺引流。观察比较两组临床效果及预后情况。结果微创组总有效率为93.22%,高于对照组的77.97%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组并发症发生率、转科时间及生活质量(QOL)评分分别为6.78%、(8.12±2.03)d、(52.05±4.83)分,均优于对照组的22.03%、(10.45±3.67)d、(46.91±5.76)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创胸腔引流器械在ICU患者治疗中应用效果较佳,疗效好,并发症少,可提高患者生活质量,具有较高的临床推广使用价值。 Objective To discuss the practical effect of minimally invasive thoracic drainage device in the treatment of intensive care unit(ICU)patients.Methods A total of 118 ICU patients with pleural effusion(PE)were divided into minimally invasive group and control group according to different drainage methods,with 59 cases in each group.The minimally invasive group received early minimally invasive thoracic drainage,and the control group received traditional thoracentesis.The clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The total effective rate of minimally invasive group was 93.22%,which was higher than 77.97%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications,transfer time and quality of life(QOL)score of minimally invasive group were 6.78%,(8.12±2.03)d and(52.05±4.83)points,which were better than 22.03%,(10.45±3.67)d and(46.91±5.76)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive thoracic drainage device shows good effect in the treatment of ICU patients and it can improve the quality of life of patients with less complications.This method contains high clinical promotion and application value.
