外周动脉阻塞性病变患者采取介入溶栓治疗的效果研究

Study on the effect of interventional thrombolysis in patients with peripheral arterial obstructive disease

目的研究外周动脉阻塞性病变患者采取介入溶栓治疗的效果。方法100例外周动脉阻塞性病变患者,依据治疗方法不同分为常规溶栓治疗组和介入溶栓治疗组,各50例。常规溶栓治疗组采用常规动脉内导管药物溶栓治疗,介入溶栓治疗组在常规动脉内导管药物溶栓治疗组的基础上采用机械碎栓治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、尿激酶用量、溶栓时间。结果介入溶栓治疗组治疗后总有效率100.0%高于常规溶栓治疗组的88.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=6.383,P<0.05)。介入溶栓治疗组尿激酶用量(35.0±5.7)万U显著少于常规溶栓治疗组的(120.6±18.6)万U,溶栓时间(7.4±1.2)min显著短于常规溶栓治疗组的(17.0±2.5)min,差异具有统计学意义(t=31.114、24.479,P<0.05)。结论外周动脉阻塞性病变治疗中的介入溶栓治疗效果较常规溶栓治疗显著,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective To study the effect of interventional thrombolysis in patients with peripheral arterial obstructive disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with peripheral arterial obstructive disease were divided into conventional thrombolysis group and interventional thrombolysis group,with 50 cases in each group.The conventional thrombolysis group was treated with conventional arterial catheter thrombolysis,and interventional thrombolysis group was treated with mechanical thrombectomy on the basis of conventional arterial catheter thrombolysis.The clinical efficacy,urokinase dosage and thrombolytic time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment 100.0%of interventional thrombolysis group was higher than 88.0%of conventional thrombolysis group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.383,P<0.05).The urokinase dosage(35.0±5.7)ten thousand U of interventional thrombolysis group was significantly less than(120.6±18.6)ten thousand U of conventional thrombolysis group,and thrombolytic time(7.4±1.2)min was significantly shorter than(17.0±2.5)min of conventional thrombolysis group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=31.114,24.479,P<0.05).Conclusion Interventional thrombolysis has remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of peripheral arterial obstructive disease,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
