摘要
目的探讨阿司匹林治疗胎儿生长受限(FGR)的临床效果及对脐动脉血流参数和分娩结局的影响。方法76例FGR孕妇,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采用低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗。比较两组孕妇治疗前后脐动脉血流参数、分娩结局、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组孕妇S/D、RI、PI水平分别为(2.15±0.48)、(0.60±0.11)、(0.71±0.19),均低于对照组的(2.48±0.59)、(0.72±0.15)、(0.89±0.23),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良分娩结局发生率18.42%低于对照组的39.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿司匹林可在一定程度上提升FGR治疗效果,改善胎儿脐动脉血流参数,减少不良分娩结局的发生,且安全性较高。
Objective To discuss the clinical effect of aspirin in the treatment of fetal growth restriction(FGR)and its influence on umbilical artery blood flow parameters and delivery outcome.Methods A total of 76 pregnant women with FGR were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the observation group was treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on the basis of the control group.The umbilical artery blood flow parameters before and after treatment,delivery outcomes and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,S/D,RI and PI of the observation group were(2.15±0.48),(0.60±0.11)and(0.71±0.19),which were lower than(2.48±0.59),(0.72±0.15)and(0.89±0.23)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse delivery outcomes 18.42%of the observation group was lower than 39.47%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Aspirin can improve the therapeutic effect of FGR to a certain extent,improve the blood flow parameters of the fetal umbilical artery,reduce the occurrence of adverse delivery outcomes,and it is safer.
