成人幽门螺杆菌感染的现状及分析

Current status and analysis of Helicobacter pylori infection in adults

目的探讨成人幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染现状,为临床诊治及预防提供依据。方法2800例于本院消化内镜中心行14C尿素呼气试验检查的患者为研究对象,观察14C呼气试验结果,分析其感染率、性别、年份、年龄段等。结果2800例患者中Hp阳性为1698例,感染率达60.64%;每年均有发病,2017年为最高,达63.20%,2018年为最低,达56.14%。女性Hp感染率为37.07%,高于男性的23.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。18~30岁Hp感染率最高,达65.94%,高于31~50岁及51~70岁的55.67%、63.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Hp为成人消化道感染的重要病原体,女性感染率高,各年份、年龄段均有发病,而且与胃肠外疾病密切相关,掌握该地区Hp感染的流行现状,有利于提高对该地区Hp感染的防治水平。

Objective To discuss the current status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in adults,and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis,treatment and prevention.Methods There were 2800 patients who underwent 14 C-urea breath test in digestive endoscopy center of our hospital were selected as the research objects.The results of 14 C-urea breath test were observed,and the infection rate,gender,year and age group were analyzed.Results Among the 2800 cases,1698 cases were Hp positive,with an infection rate of 60.64%;there were cases every year,the highest infection rate was 63.20%in 2017,and the lowest was 56.14%in 2018.The Hp infection rate of females was 37.07%,which was higher than 23.57%of males,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hp infection rate of 18-30 year old was the highest(65.94%),which was higher than that of 31-50 years old and 51-70 years old(55.67%and 63.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hp is an important pathogen of adult digestive tract infection,and the infection rate in women is high.The disease occurs in all years and ages,and it is closely related to parenteral diseases.Knowing the prevalence of Hp infection in this area will help improve the prevention and treatment level of Hp infection in this area.
