泥蜡疗联合体外冲击波疗法缓解脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛状态的疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的观察泥蜡疗联合体外冲击波疗法缓解脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛状态的疗效。方法40例脑卒中后肱二头痉挛状态患者。按数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各20例。对照组患者于常规治疗的基础上采用体外冲击波治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,给与泥蜡疗。比较两组患者治疗前后简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分法(FMA)评分以及改良Ashworth量表标准(MAS)评分。结果治疗前,两组患者FMA评分以及MAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组患者FMA评分(44.64±10.55)分以及MAS评分(1.05±0.32)分均优于对照组的(33.43±8.92)、(1.56±0.40)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论泥蜡疗联合体外冲击波治疗能有效缓解脑卒中后肱二头肌痉挛状态,提高上肢运动功能。 Objective To observe the efficacy of extracorporeal shock waves combined with mud kerotherapy in relieving the biceps brachii spasm after stroke.Methods A total of 40 patients with biceps brachii spasm after stroke were divided into control group and treatment group according to random numerical table,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock waves on the basis of the conventional therapy,and the treatment group was treated with mud kerotherapy on the basis of the control group.The Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score and modified Ashworth scale(MAS)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in FMA score and MAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).4 weeks after treatment,FMA score(44.64±10.55)points and MAS score(1.05±0.32)points of the treatment group were better than(33.43±8.92)and(1.56±0.40)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mud kerotherapy combined with extracorporeal shock waves can effectively relieve biceps brachii spasm after stroke,and improve the motor function of upper limbs.
