雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑分别联合枯草杆菌治疗急性胃炎效果对比

Comparison of the effects of rabeprazole and omeprazole combined with Bacillus subtilis on acute gastritis

目的对比雷贝拉唑与奥美拉唑分别联合枯草杆菌治疗急性胃炎的效果。方法选取85例急性胃炎患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组(42例)与观察组(43例)。对照组采用奥美拉唑联合枯草杆菌治疗,观察组采用雷贝拉唑联合枯草杆菌治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后临床症状评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者临床总有效率93.02%高于对照组的76.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐症状评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐症状评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率4.65%低于对照组的21.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷贝拉唑联合枯草杆菌治疗急性胃炎患者的效果优于联合奥美拉唑治疗,有助于改善患者的临床症状,且不良反应较少,安全性高。

Objective To compare the effect of rabeprazole and omeprazole combined with Bacillus subtilis on acute gastritis. Methods A total of 85 patients with acute gastritis as study subjects were randomly divided into control group(42 cases) and observation group(43 cases). The control group was treated with omeprazole combined with Bacillus subtilis, and the observation group was treated with rabeprazole combined with Bacillus subtilis. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical effective rate 93.02% of the observation group was higher than 76.19% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the abdominal pain, abdominal distension, nausea and vomiting symptom score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions 4.65% of the observation group was lower than 21.43% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with Bacillus subtilis is better than omeprazole in the treatment of patients with acute gastritis, which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients, with fewer adverse reactions and high safety.
