摘要
目的观察理筋点穴推拿结合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法 50例门诊及住院肩周炎患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组采用理筋点穴推拿治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合体外冲击波治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后临床疼痛度及治疗后肩关节活动度。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛度评分为(1.03±0.98)分低于对照组的(2.03±1.16)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组外旋、内旋、摸耳、摸背等肩关节功能评分分别为(65.76±10.65)、(72.44±8.08)、(68.92±8.75)、(75.06±8.36)分均高于对照组的(50.42±10.16)、(60.54±8.13)、(57.32±9.05)、(64.33±9.41)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论理筋点穴推拿结合体外冲击波治疗肩周炎疗效明显,能够有效缓解肩周疼痛,改善关节功能,具有较高的临床推广价值。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture-massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder. Methods A total of 50 outpatients and inpatients with periarthritis of the shoulder were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acupuncture-massage, and the treatment group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave on the basis of the control group. The clinical pain before and after treatment and range of motion of the shoulder after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the pain score(1.03±0.98) points of the observation group was lower than(2.03±1.16) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). After treatment, the shoulder function score of external rotation, internal rotation, ear touching and back touching of the observation group were(65.76±10.65),(72.44±8.08),(68.92±8.75) and(75.06±8.36) points, which were higher than(50.42±10.16),(60.54±8.13),(57.32±9.05) and(64.33±9.41) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion Acupuncture-massage combined with extracorporeal shock wave have obvious efficacy in the treatment of periarthritis of the shoulder, and it can effectively relieve the perishoulder pain and improve joint function. It contains high clinical promotion value.
