摘要
针对某发电公司600 MW机组开式循环水处理系统耗电量高的问题,介绍了该厂1号、9号机组开式循环水处理系统节电优化技术改造,通过增设升压泵、旁路,改造相关供水管路,增加热工测点并完善联锁逻辑,优化运行方式等手段,使整个开式循环水处理系统运行稳定可靠,节电效果显著,耗电率降低了0.03%,也降低了机组的供电煤耗。
Aiming at the problem of high power consumption in the open circulating water treatment system of 600 MW units in power plant, this paper introduces the power saving optimization technical transformation of No.1 and No.9 units. By adding booster pump and bypass, reforming relevant water supply pipeline, increasing thermal measuring points and improving interlock logic, optimizing operation mode and other means, the whole open circulating water treatment system operates stably and reliably, with remarkable power saving effect, and the power consumption rate is reduced by 0.03%, and the coal consumption of power supply of the unit is also reduced.
