摘要 针对某电厂350 MW机组汽轮机-电气(简称机电)联锁开出、开入回路存在违反国家能源局《防止电力生产事故的二十五项重点要求》和某集团分公司防止汽轮机超速管理重要要求的问题,通过机组机电联锁开出、开入回路优化前、后的对比,提出了回路具体优化的改进方法,提高了机组机电联锁开出、开入回路的可靠性,降低了汽轮机发生超速故障的可能性,保证了机组安全稳定运行。 The output and input circuits of steam turbine-electrical(electromechanical)interlock of a 350 MW unit in a power plant have violated the 25 key requirements for preventing power production accidents and the management requirements for preventing turbine overspeed of a group company.Based on the comparison of the output and input circuit of the units electromechanical interlock before and after the optimization,the improvement method of the circuit optimization is put forward.It improves the reliability of the units electromechanical interlock output and input circuit,reduces the possibility of turbine overspeed fault,and ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit.It has a certain reference significance for other power plant units to improve the output and input circuit of electromechanical interlocking.
