摘要
组合绳锯组锯机在石材加工方面有着广泛的应用,但组合绳锯组锯机的振动会影响石材的加工质量。为研究组合绳锯组锯机振动的机理,通过结合组合绳锯组锯机内部工作特点,将组合绳锯组锯机内部的串珠绳振动分为串珠绳的弹性滑动与串珠绳转扭并分析振动,得出组合绳锯组锯机系统振动诱因。为研究组合绳锯组锯机系统振动的影响,对组合绳锯组锯机系统采用Lagrange方程分别进行电机单元与串珠绳单元动力学建模,进而采用多次度法求解动力学方程的解。为验证所建组合绳锯组锯机模型,采用两种工况对模型仿真,得出组合绳锯组锯机系统在不同工况下的频域及时域响应,为后续的动力学分析提供了基础。
The combined rope saw group has a wide range of applications in stone processing, but the vibration of the combined rope saw group will affect the quality of stone processing. In order to study the mechanism of vibration of the combined rope saw group, combined with the internal working characteristics of the combined rope saw group, the vibration of the bead line inside the combined rope saw is divided into the elastic sliding of the bead line and the rotating torsion of the bead line, and the vibration causes of the combined rope saw system are analyzed. In order to study the influence of vibration of the combined rope saw system, the Lagrange equation is used to model the dynamics of the motor unit and the bead wire unit, and then the multiple degree method is used to solve the dynamics equation. In order to verify the model, two working conditions are used to simulate the model, and the frequency domain and time domain response of the system under different working conditions are obtained, which provides the basis for the subsequent dynamic analysis.
