摘要
基于齿轮啮合力方程和轴系扭转运动方程,建立了二自由度差动调速周转轮系系统(DSRT,Differential Speed Regulation Transmission)的时变非线性纯扭转动力学(TNPD,Time-varying Nonlinear Pure Torsional Dynamic)模型,涵盖了综合啮合误差、齿侧间隙、阻尼以及时变啮合刚度等参量。仿真以输出轴转速恒定为调速目标,在主输入扭矩突变的情况下,得到了各齿轮副的动态啮合力、啮合线上相对位移以及差动调速系统的各轴转速,仿真结果表明行星轮与齿圈的啮合力和相对位移呈现出高频大幅度振动的现象。
The TNPD(Time-varying Nonlinear Pure Torsional Dynamic)model for two DOFs DSRT(Differential Speed Regulation Transmission)is built based on gear meshing force equation and shafting torsional motion equation.The dynamic model consists of comprehensive meshing error,backlash,time-varying meshing stiffness and damping.The simulation of speed regualtion system is made with the target for adjusting the output speed to be constant while the input torque changes instantly.The curves of dynamic meshing force,relative displacement in meshing line and speed of each shaft are obtained.The simulaton results shows that the gear meshing force and relative displacement between planet wheel and the ring gear present the phenomenon of high frequency vibrations substantially.
