摘要
针对挤出橡胶定重分剪生产自动化低、操作者劳动强度大、定重精度低等问题,对高精度挤出橡胶在线定重分剪系统进行研究,设计了在线称重、输送、称重反馈装置。在线称重装置设计为上压多辊式结构,避免挤出橡胶软硬程度对称重精度产生影响;称重反馈装置设计为杠杆式带式称重结构,克服自重与重物重量比大对称量精度的影响;系统采用重量闭环控制,实现挤出橡胶在线动态定重与分剪的自动化和高精度化。设计和开发了控制系统,对动态分剪过程中存在的误差进行分析,设计了一种基于迭代学习的闭环控制寻优定重分剪迭代算法。通过联机运行实验,结果表明该系统可实现挤出橡胶的高精度定重分剪,具有抗扰动和自适应能力,显著提高定重分剪精度和效率。
Aiming at the problems of low automation,high labor intensity and low precision,the on-line weighing and shearing system of high precision extruded rubber was studied,and the on-line weighing,conveying and weighing feedback devices were designed.The on-line weighing device was designed as the multi-roll structure to avoid the influence of the soft and hard degree of extruded rubber on the weighing precision.The weighing feedback device was designed as the lever belt weighing structure to overcome the influence of the weight ratio of dead-weight to rubber weight on the weighing precision.The system used the weight closed-loop control to realize the automation and high precision of the on-line dynamic weighing and shearing of extruded rubber.The control system was designed and developed.The error in dynamic shearing process was analyzed.An iterative algorithm based on iterative learning closed-loop control was designed.Through the on-line operation experiments,the results indicate that the system can achieve high precision weighing and shearing of extruded rubber,which has the ability of anti-disturbance and adaptation,and improves the precision and efficiency of weighing and shearing significantly.
