压力机滑块垂直度的自适应评价方法 被引量:2

An Adaptive Evaluation Method About Verticality Accuracy of Press Slider

摘要 压力机滑块垂直度评价结果会受仪器安装位姿影响,提出了一种直纹面几何模型用于描述压力机滑块在导轨间的误差运动,定义球面像误差和直线度误差去描述离散直线误差运动的位移和方向误差范围。通过优化自适应得到运动坐标系上最小直线度误差和最小球面像误差矢量。最小球面像误差矢量和最小直线度误差矢量是直线误差运动直纹面几何模型的不变量,采用直纹面几何不变量作为压力机滑块垂直度精度的评价指标,可排除仪器安装位姿对滑块垂直度评价结果的影响。通过6D激光干涉仪测量得到滑块误差运动的五自由度参数,优化得到冲压机滑块最小球面像误差为0.033 25 rad,最小直线度误差为0.022 206 mm。 The evaluation results of the verticality accuracy about the press slide is affected by the installation posture of the instrument.In order to eliminate the influence of angle error on the verticality evaluation results of slider in error motion.The paper presents a new ruled surface model to describe the error motion of press machine,and defines the spherical image error vector and the straightness error vector as the parameter to describe the range of the error motion.The minimum spherical image error vector and the minimum waist line error vector are obtained by optimization on the slider surface of the press.The minimum spherical image error vector and the minimum waist line error vector are invariants of the geometric model of straight line error motion ruled surface.The geometric invariant of ruled surface is used as an index to evaluate the verticality accuracy of the slider of press.The influence of verticality evaluation result of installation posture can be eliminated.Five-degree-of-freedom parameters of slider error motion are measured by 6D laser interferometer.The minimum spherical image error and the minimum straightness error are 0.03325 rad and 0.022206 mm respectively.
