山西省科技型中小企业认定相关问题探讨

Identification of Technological Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Shanxi Province

科技型中小企业在国民经济发展中发挥着重要作用,为了强化对科技型中小企业的精准扶持,国家出台了一系列优惠政策。政策的享受需要企业自评并经科技管理部门对其资格进行认定。本文就近年来山西省科技型中小企业在认定过程中存在的申报材料不全,提交的财务数据不准确、不完整等问题,提出了企业应熟悉申报条件,了解申报流程,确保提交材料和数据的准确性、完整性以及企业应建立健全财务制度,准确归集费用的建议。

Technological small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)play an important role in the development of the national economy.To precisely support technological SMEs,the State has issued a series of preferential policies.The enjoyment of these policies requires enterprises’ self-assessment and science and technology management departments’ qualification identification.This paper identifies the problems of incomplete application materials and imprecise financial data in the identification of technological SMEs in recent years.In addition,this paper recommends technological SMEs acquaint application conditions and procedures,ensure the precision and completeness of submitted materials and data,improve financial supervision systems,and accurately calculate and collect fees and expenses.
