高校宗教信仰学生教育管理模式探索——以中北大学为例

Exploration of Management and Education of the Students with Beliefs in Colleges and Universities:Case Study of North University of China

宗教信仰自由是每个公民的基本权利。随着社会的不断发展,高校校园中宗教信仰学生人数日益增多。高校宗教信仰大学生的教育与管理工作是高等学校宗教工作的重要组成部分,有针对性地加强宗教信仰学生思想政治教育,是当前必须思考的一项重大课题。本课题以中北大学在校宗教信仰本科学生为研究对象,通过访谈和问卷调查的方式,对中北大学在校宗教信仰学生的基本情况和特点进行了分析总结,并通过日常工作的开展,探索提出了"三三三"宗教信仰学生教育管理模式,希望能以此模式提高高校宗教信仰学生思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。

Religious freedom is a basic right of every citizen.As the development of society,the number of students who have religious beliefs in colleges and universities has increased.Therefore,strengthening the ideological and political education of the students who have religious beliefs is an important topic for colleges and universities.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,this paper analyzes the general situations and characteristics of students who have religious beliefs in North University of China(NUC),and puts forward the"three,three and three"education model,to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education of students who have religious beliefs in colleges and universities.
