宫颈癌术后复发患者行全盆腔廓清术后双造口1例的护理
摘要
宫颈癌复发的主要治疗手段为盆腔廓清术,术后晚期宫颈癌复发患者的5年生存率可以提高到30%以上[1]。全盆腔廓清术手术范围大,增加了术后感染和并发症的发生率;术中行输尿管和回肠双造口,改变了患者原来的排泄途径,如果患者不能适应有造口的生活,将严重影响其生活质量和心理健康。我院收治1例宫颈癌术后复发行全盆腔廓清术患者,现将护理总结如下:1临床资料患者女,50岁,因"宫颈癌术后1年,小便困难加重两月余"于2018年6月1日收治入院。
