This article summarizes,analyzes,and displays the typical pharmaceutical service cases of medication reconciliation,medical joint ward rounds,pharmacy ward rounds,medical order review,prescription monitoring and review,drug information consultation,surveillance of medication use,guidance on individualized medications,adverse drug reaction reporting,medication education and life guidance to explore the closed-loop pharmacy service of gastroenterology pharmacists in the Digestive Department.Clinical pharmacists are expected to participate in gastrointestinal medical activities in all aspects and multiple dimensions,and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services,guarantee the rational use of drugs in the clinic and improve the patients’medical experience.
