康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中的临床应用效果分析

Clinical Application of Rehabilitation Nursing in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture Analysis

目的:研究老年股骨颈骨折护理采用康复护理的效果.方法:研究时段2018年1月-2019年10月,研究对象是我院接收的72例老年股骨颈骨折患者,随机数字表法分观察组(康复护理)与对照组(常规护理)各36例,比较2组的护理效果.结果:护理前2组髋关节功能及运动功能无统计学意义,P>0.05;护理后与对照组比,观察组髋关节功能评分高,运动功能高;有效率高,并发症率低,P<0.05.结论:康复护理能提高老年股骨颈骨折整体疗效,改善髋关节功能及预后,便于获得良好的治愈疾病效果.

Objective:To study the effect of rehabilitation nursing on elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:During the study period from January 2018 to October 2019.10,72 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted by our hospital were studied.The random number table method was divided into observation group(rehabilitation nursing)and control group(routine nursing)with 36 cases each,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in hip function and motor function between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group after nursing,the hip function score of the observation group was higher and the motor function was higher.High effective rate,low complication rate,P<0.05.Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing can improve the overall curative effect of femoral neck fracture in the elderly,improve hip function and prognosis,so as to obtain good curative effect.
