肩关节镜治疗老年退变性肩袖损伤的临床疗效分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的:研究肩关节镜对老年退变性肩袖损伤的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析我院在2018年3月-2019年2月期间收治的20例老年退变性肩袖损伤患者的临床资料,采用肩关节镜进行治疗.观察患者治疗前及治疗后的效果,利用肩关节评分标准对结果予以评价.结果:患者治疗后的各项肩关节功能评分均优于治疗前,各项评分差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:使用肩关节镜对老年肩袖损伤患者进行治疗效果显著,患者各项肩关节功能得到明显改善,值得大力推广.
