高管团队结构对团队绩效的影响研究:基于共享心智视角

摘要 为探究高管团队成员的共同认知对绩效的影响,验证高管团队结构、共享心智模型与团队绩效三者之间的关系,结合交互式记忆系统理论提出了理论假设。利用SPSS 18.0与AMOS 24.0软件,采用结构方程模型对来自89个高管团队的问卷调查数据进行分析。结果表明:高管团队结构对团队绩效具有显著的正向影响;高管团队结构对共享心智模型具有显著的正向影响;但共享心智模型对团队绩效没有显著影响;共享心智模型在高管团队结构对团队绩效的影响中不具有中介作用。上述研究结论可为高管团队治理的组织行为实践提供借鉴。 In order to explore the influence of the top management team structure on team performance and verify the relationship among top management team structure,shared mental and team performance,this paper come up with theoretical hypothesis based on the interactive memory system theory.With the use of SPSS 18.0 and Amos 24.0,the questionnaire data from 89 senior management teams was analyzed by structural equation model,and the results showed that:top management team structure has a significant influence on team performance,shared mental model has no significant influence on team performance,and shared mental model has no mediation effect in the influence of top management team structure on team performance.The above research conclusions can provide guidance for organizational behavior practice of top management team governance.
