Implementation Path of Online Teaching for Postgraduates:Organizational Process and System Construction

为了探索研究生线上教学的有效路径,基于新冠肺炎疫情期间某高校研究生线上教学组织工作的实践,构建了坚持多方联动、因地制宜和质量优先的总体原则,提出了组织流程、制度建设等不同视角的实施路径,组织流程重点围绕事前、事中和事后3个阶段,制度建设重点围绕授课教师、研究生和管理服务人员三类主体分别进行针对性的设计与安排。研究结果表明,加强服务保障、在线督导和制度建设,对于保障在线教学质量具有重要意义。

In order to explore the effective path of online teaching for graduate students,based on the practice of online teaching organization of one university in novel coronavirus pneumonia,this paper constructs the overall principle of multi-party linkage,measures to local conditions and quality priority,and puts forward the implementation path from different perspectives,such as organizational process and system construction.The organization process focuses on three stages:before the event,during the event and after the event,and the system construction focuses on three subjects:teachers,graduate students and management service personnel.The results show that it is of great significance to strengthen service guarantee,online supervision and system construction to ensure the quality of online teaching.
