摘要
通过创造性地构建“政策承诺-市场反馈”综合评价法,深度剖析了服务市场开放促进服务业增长的理论机制;随后基于服务业微观数据,运用工具变量法(IV)、双重差分方法(DID)和安慰剂检验等多种识别方法,深入研究了服务市场开放对服务业增长的促进效应、异质性影响以及传递渠道。研究结果表明:中国的服务市场开放显著促进了服务业增长,实现了以市场空间换取产业发展空间的效果;服务市场开放对不同类型服务业企业增长产生了显著的异质性影响;创新激励效应、人力资本积累效应、技术溢出效应和资源优化配置效应是服务市场开放促进服务业增长的显著渠道。这一研究为科学地评估中国服务市场开放水平提供了系统性的方法,有助于揭示服务市场开放促进服务业增长传递渠道的“黑箱”。
This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation method named policy commitments-market feedback to researches mechanisms of opening-up in services on service industry growth.Subsequently,instrumental variable estimation,difference-in-difference estimation and placebo test are used to research promotion effect,heterogeneous effects and transmitting channel of opening-up in services on service growth based on micro-data of service industry,and draws following robust conclusions.(1)Opening-up of services promotes service growth in China and brings policy dividend to service sectors.(2)Opening-up in services has heterogeneous impacts on different service enterprises.(3)Innovation incentive effect,human capital accumulation effect,technology spillover effect and resource distribution effect are significant transmitting channels that opening-up in services affects service growth.This paper provides a scientific basis for China to evaluate service market opening in China and helps to reveal the black box of the transmitting channel of service market opening to promote service industry growth.
