电子测压表及压力换能器连续监测气管导管套囊压力的一致性分析

摘要 目的比较电子测压表与压力换能器在气管套囊压力持续测定中的一致性。方法30例全身麻醉下行腹腔镜胃肠道手术患者,同时使用两种装置连续监测套囊压,记录8个不同时间点的测量结果,使用Bland-Altman法分析两种装置的一致性。结果电子测压表和压力换能器测得气压差值的平均值为(1.25±1.57)cm H2O(1 cm H2O=0.098 kPa),差值的一致性界限(LoA)为(-1.90,4.42)cm H2O,位于一致性界限范围内的值占所有数值的95%以上。结论两种方法测量结果具有较好的一致性,在临床套囊压力的监测中可考虑互换使用。 Objective To compare the consistency of electronic pressure gauge and pressure transducer for continuous monitoring of tracheal tube cuff pressure.Methods In 30 patients undergoing laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery under general anesthesia,two devices were used to continuously monitor the cuff pressure,and the measurement results at 8 different time points were recorded.The Bland-Altman method was used to analyze the consistency of the two devices.Results The average value of the air pressure difference measured by the electronic pressure gauge and the pressure transducer was(1.25±1.57)cm H2O(1 cm H2O=0.098 kPa),and the consistency limit(LoA)of the difference was(-1.90,4.42)cm H2O,the values within the consistency limit accounted for more than 95%of all values.Conclusion The measurement results of the two methods have good consistency,and these two methods can be considered interchangeably in the monitoring of clinical cuff pressure.
