Objective To investigate the application effect of perioperative nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, and provide reference for rational selection of nursing regimens. Methods A total of 88 patients undergoing laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy were divided into group A and group B according to random numerical table, with 44 cases in each group.Group B received routine perioperative nursing measures, while group a received perioperative nursing measures based on the concept of fast track surgery. The rehabilitation related indexes, incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The first anal exhaust time(25.21±4.15)h,off-bed activity time(15.34±3.45)h and hospitalization time(5.22±1.15)d of group A were shorter than(38.14±4.24)h,(20.76±3.51)h and(7.54±1.21)d of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of group A was 2.27%,which was lower than 13.64%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of group A was 93.18%,which was higher than 77.27%of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy, perioperative nursing based on the concept of fast track surgery can promote the rapid recovery of patients, prevent multiple complications, and it is safer and more reliable. It is worth recommending.
