分析医院门急诊输液实施舒适护理对患者康复的效果

Analyze the effect of comfort nursing for patients infusion in outpatient and emergency department

目的分析医院门急诊输液实施舒适护理对患者康复的效果。方法进行输液治疗的102例患者,随机分为对比组与研究组,每组51例。对比组采用常规护理干预方式,研究组采用舒适护理干预方式。比较两组患者护理满意评分、不良反应发生情况以及医疗纠纷发生情况。结果研究组患者护理满意评分(90.12±2.55)分高于对比组的(75.15±3.01)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率3.92%低于对比组的21.57%,医疗纠纷发生率1.96%低于对比组的17.65%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门急诊输液护理中,可采取舒适护理干预,此方式实施效果优异,值得临床推广与借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of comfort nursing for patients infusion in outpatient and emergency department.Methods A total of 102 patients undergoing infusion therapy were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing intervention,and the research group was treated with comfort nursing intervention.The nursing satisfaction score,occurrence of adverse reactions and medical disputes were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction score(90.12±2.55)points of the research group was higher than(75.15±3.01)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 3.92%of the research group was lower than 21.57%of the control group,and incidence of medical disputes 1.96%was lower than 17.65%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfortable nursing shows good effect for patients infusion in outpatient and emergency department,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
