摘要
职业院校教师是我国教师队伍的重要组成部分,也是我国职业教育和人力资源开发的重要支撑力量。青年教师队伍建设更是当前职业院校建设、管理与改革的关键。本文以人力资源管理视角为研究主线,重点探析青年教师专业发展保障机制,包括“学校—院系—教研室(教学/科研创新团队)”三位一体的组织保障机制以及涵盖生涯发展规划、教学素质挖掘、科研水平提升、继续教育培养四个方面的制度保障机制。
The teachers of vocational colleges are an important part of our teachers'team,and also an important supporting force of our vocational education and human resources development.The construction of young teachers is the key to the construction,management and reform of vocational colleges.Based on the perspective of human resource management,this paper focuses on the guarantee mechanism of young teachers'professional development.Including the trinity organizational guarantee of"College/Faculty/Research Office(Teaching/Scientific Research Innovation Team)",and four institutional guarantees cover career development planning,teaching quality mining,scientific research level promotion,and continuing education.
