时间银行的发展现状、问题与对策分析——以NS时间银行为例

Time Bank Development Analysis of Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures——Taking NS Time Bank as an Example

随着我国人口老龄化的到来,关于如何“养老”的问题深刻影响着整个社会的运行和家庭的运转。基于这样一种现实,作为新型互助养老模式的“时间银行”走进学者的研究视野。于是,本文运用案例研究以及问卷调查法对NS时间银行进行调研。研究发现NS银行在运营管理、组织管理以及服务供给方面存在巨大的发展潜力,然而也存在服务能力、服务质量和宣传力度不足的困境。因而,就需要通过政府支持、技术更新和拓展宣传渠道来应对这些难题。

With the advent of China's population aging,the question of how to"provide for the elderly"has profoundly affected the operation of the entire society and the operation of families.Based on such a reality,the"time bank"as a new mutual aid pension model entered the research field of scholars.Therefore,this article uses case studies and questionnaires to investigate NS Time Bank.The study found that NS Bank has huge development potential in operation management,organization management and service supply.However,it also has the dilemma of insufficient service capacity,service quality and publicity.Therefore,it is necessary to deal with these problems through government support,technology updates and expanding publicity channels.
