后方法相关理论强调教学的特殊性、实用性和可能性。在这种背景下,英语教师角色从传授者转化为了交流者、教学内容从知识延展到了能力、教师能力从应用成长为了创新。在这一过程中,就需要通过树立发展型观念、注重反思性实践、借力多渠道发展来实现上述教师角色的转变,进而助力卓越教学的实现。
The theory of post-method emphasizes the particularity,practicability and possibility of teaching.In this context,the role of the English teacher has been transformed from instructors to communicators,the teaching content has been extended from knowledge to ability,and the teacher's ability has grown from application to innovation.In this process,it is necessary to set up the concept of development,reflective practice,and multi-channel development to achieve the transformation of the role of teachers,and then help the realization of teaching excellence.
