清水混凝土配合比正交试验和质量控制 被引量:2

摘要 为研究清水混凝土配合比因素对其外观和抗压强度的影响,采用三因素、三水平的正交试验方法对其配合比进行试验设计,对试验结果进行极差分析和方差分析,分析每个因素水平对清水混凝土配合比的作用及各个水平之间的差异,探讨了砂率、粉煤灰及矿粉质量掺量等因素对清水混凝土抗压强度的影响规律和机理。试验结果表明:在混凝土养护的早中期,矿粉对混凝土强度影响较大,后期粉煤灰活性不断提高,与矿粉产生叠加效应,进一步提高了混凝土抗压强度。另外从质量控制方面探讨了清水混凝土在实际施工过程中的优化措施,以达到改善其质量外观的目的。 In order to study the influence of proportion factors on the appearance and compressive strength of the fair-faced concrete,the orthogonal test design method of three factors and three levels was used to design the mix proportion of the fair-faced concrete,the range analysis and variance analysis were carried out on the experimental results,and the effect of each factor level on the proportion of the fair-faced concrete and the difference between allthree levels were analyzed,and the effect and mechanism of sand rate,fly ash and blast furnace slag mass content on the compressive strength of the fair-faced concrete were discussed.The experimental results show that:in the early and middle stage of concrete curing,the blast furnace slag has great influence on the strength of concrete,and the fly ash activity in the later period is continuously improved,and the superposition effect with the blast furnace slag is generated,so as to further improve the compressive strength of concrete.In addition,the optimization measures of fair-faced concrete in the actual construction process are discussed from the aspect of quality control in order to improve the appearance of fair-faced concrete.
