摘要
为了提高桥面铺装层材料抵抗变形破坏、延长使用寿命的能力,同时秉承绿色环境友好型发展理念,对复掺粉煤灰+橡胶粉的水泥基桥面铺装层材料(ECC)力学性能进行了试验分析。结果表明:(1)单掺粉煤灰时,随着掺量的增加,ECC的抗压强度和弯曲强度逐渐降低,但延性变形能力大大增强;(2)复掺粉煤灰+橡胶粉时,随着橡胶粉掺量的增加,ECC材料的密度和强度降低,但抗缩开裂能力显著增强;(3)通过力学试验结果和碳排放计算结果综合认为,当粉煤灰与水泥的质量比为2. 2、橡胶粉与石英砂的体积比为0. 25时,ECC材料既具有较好的力学和工作性能,又具有很好的节能减排功效,为环境友好型高延性水泥基材料的最佳配比。
In order to improve the ability of the bridge deck pavement material to resist deformation and damage and prolong its service life,and adhering to the concept of green and environmental friendly development,the mechanical properties of cement-based bridge deck pavement material(ECC)mixed with fly ash and rubber powder were tested and analyzed.The results show that:(1)with the increase of fly ash,the compressive strength and bending strength of ECC are increased;(2)when the ratio of fly ash to cement is 2.2,and the ratio of rubber powder to quartz sand is 0.25,the density and strength of ECC materials decrease,but the ability of anti-shrinkage cracking increases significantly.(3)ECC material not only has good mechanical and working performance,but also has good energy-saving and emission reduction effect.It is the best proportion of environmental-friendly high ductility cement-based material.
