摘要
胶凝砂砾石(CSG)作为一种新型筑坝材料,在物理力学性能上介于砂砾石与混凝土之间。为研究骨料级配及养护方式对胶凝砂砾石抗压强度的影响,开展了胶凝砂砾石立方体试块的室内压缩试验。试验结果表明:细骨料恒定,粗骨料级配越细,胶凝砂砾石的抗压强度越高;粗骨料恒定,细骨料级配越粗,胶凝砂砾石的抗压强度越高。当胶凝砂砾石含水率高于3. 5%时,其抗压强度快速衰减,含水率由2. 1%增长到3. 5%,抗压强度损失6. 5%,含水率由3. 5%增长到4. 7%,损失率达到16. 3%。在工程应用中,应注意控制其含水率不能过高。
As a new damming material,CSG is intermediate between sandy gravel and concrete in physical and mechanical properties.For investigation the affect of aggregate gradation and curing method to compression strength of cement and gravel material,a series of compression tests were conducted in laboratory.The results show that the fine aggregate is constant,and the finer the coarse aggregate is,the higher the compressive strength of the cementitious gravel is.The coarse aggregate is constant,and the coarser the fine aggregate gradation is,the higher the compressive strength of the cementitious gravel is.The compression strength of cement sand and gravel material was rapidly decrease when the moisture content was over 3.5%.The water content change from 2.1%to 3.5%,and the compression strength of cement sand and gravel material lost 6.5%,and it lost 16.3%from 3.5%to 4.7%.In the application,it is important to control the moisture content of the cement sand and gravel.
