摘要 目前的桥梁顶推施工过程中缺少施工受力情况分析,造成桥梁顶推施工整体稳定性控制效果差、施工计算精度不佳等问题。为此,引入Midas Civil有限元计算方法,有效控制桥梁顶推施工的整体稳定性。设置施工整体稳定性的计算指标与判断标准,以实际桥梁结构为原型,利用Midas Civil软件搭建对应的有限元分析模型。在该模型下设定桥梁顶推施工整体配置,模拟桥梁顶推的施工工序,并将整个施工工作分为多个阶段,分析每一个施工阶段的受力情况,计算出桥梁顶推施工整体稳定性系数。通过与设置标准的对比,判断该工程是否处于稳定状态。将该计算方法应用到X352县道改扩建工程当中,经过与传统计算方法的对比发现,计算误差降低了0. 43,本文方法计算用时节省了6. 4s。本文方法具有较高的应用价值。 At present,the bridge jacking construction process is lack of construction stress analysis,resulting in the overall stability of the bridge jacking construction control effect is poor,construction calculation accuracy is not good and so on.Therefore,Midas Civil finite element method is introduced to effectively control the overall stability of bridge jacking construction.The calculation index and judgment standard of the overall stability of construction were set up,and the corresponding finite element analysis model was built with Midas Civil software based on the actual bridge structure as the prototype.Under this model,the overall configuration of bridge jacking construction was set,the construction process of bridge jacking is simulated,the whole construction is divided into several stages,the stress situation of each stage is analyzed,and the overall stability coefficient of bridge jacking construction is calculated.The project is judged to be in a stable state.This calculation method is applied to X352 county road reconstruction and expansion project.By comparing with the traditional calculation method,the calculation error of the method in this paper was reduced by 0.43,and the calculation time of the method in this paper was saved by 6.4s.This method has high application value.
