长寿命燃机轴承钢球表面强化技术

Surface Strengthening Technology for Steel Balls of Long-Life Bearings of Gas Turbines

针对国产燃机轴承钢球疲劳寿命与国外差距较大的问题,提出了钢球表面强化技术。强化处理后的钢球表层应力和硬度明显提高,且表面无变质层,并通过疲劳寿命试验证明强化后的钢球疲劳寿命明显提高。

Aimed at great disparity in fatigue life of steel balls of domestic and foreign gas turbine bearings,the surface strengthening technology is put forward for steel balls.The surface stress and hardness of strengthened steel balls are increased obviously,and there is no affected layer on surface.The fatigue life test proves that the fatigue life of strengthened steel balls is increased obviously.
